Rab C Rabbit’s eight little bunnies love making these. They leave the kitchen an unholy mess afterwards, but at least it keeps them from getting under my feet or chewing the flexes.
50 g margarine
150g dairy-free dark chocolate
5 tbsp syrup
30 g dessicated coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl above a pan of boiling water. Stir in the marg and syrup and mix well.
2. Tip everything else in and mix really quickly, as it will start to set. Spoon into paper cake cases, or just put clusters of it on a baking tray. Set in the fridge.
